Booked it as per the pictures shown. However, we were baffled at the condition and cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was not user friendly at all, no hot water even though there was a hot and cold knob. It was as if we were in a low cost hotel. Even if it was, the amenities in general were not acceptable. No proper sink and toilet was dirty. The hotel needs to be refurbished for sure. The sheets left us with rashes indicating how dirty it was. Disappointed with that.

The hotel is in good location. The staff is the kindest in all Indonesia , they are so helpful and polite! 10/10. Unfortunately we were transferred to another room where the door was not closing properly so we got a huge COCKROACH in our room. Then in the night my husband got bitten by some animals in the bed and he got full red points on his arms, legs, chest and back… probably bed bugs or something else…. The walls had some mold. The shower head holder in the bathroom almost fell on my head cause it was not fixed on the wall…. (Around 1kg) This made our stay a bad experience. The ants that are coming to the hotels are also very annoying. However, the breakfast was excellent, really delicious and good quality! We met the owner who was really kind and he gave us a small compensation for their restaurant.

This accommodation was good but I probably wouldn’t stay again. I didn’t have a mini fridge in my room but the staff kindly brought one down so I had a fridge for drinks/food. The Juliet balcony door didn’t shut properly so bugs could’ve come in and had to use a decorative blanket from the bed to cover the gap at the top of the door. The bathroom was a bit mouldy and shower not great but worked. The location was good as everything I needed was close by. The staff were so lovely and kind.

das hotel ist heruntergekommen. nach meinem check in habe ich sämtliche käfer und flecken auf meinem bett gehabt. durfte das zimmer wechseln, wurde aber nicht besser. bin am selben abend noch abgereist. nicht weiterzuempfehlen und das sage ich als backpacker

Kamarnya mengerikan. Lantai kotor. Kamar mandi bau. Hotel lama dan jarang ada yg stay disana, jd gk terawat. Lokasinya strategis, staff servicenya bagus, sarapan juga lumayan.
